Me & Anna Griffin at CHA Summer 2010

I finally finished the scrapbook page when I met Anna Griffin for the first time at CHA Summer 2010.  This page has been in the works now for several weeks.  I guess the pressure of doing Anna Griffin justice was way too much for!  Most of the products I used to create this page, were items of hers that I have purchased over time.  All I can say is I felt so unworthy and had a serious lack of creativity when it came to doing this page.  So now it is done and I hope when I get to the photo of us at CHA Winter 2011, I will feel more relaxed and feel just a tad more worthy.  Anna is just as sweet in person, as she seems on programs like QVC (in the old days) and HSN.  My next card kit that I ordered on auto ship from HSN is on the way, and I can't wait to get my hot little hands on it.  The first kit in the series was so fab and I have already mailed out over half of those cards that I put together, so can't wait to get the next three kits.  So for all the people who have affectionately called this page my "stalker page", here you go ladies!  It is done!

Ecstasy Crafts Birthday Card

Isn't this card so cute for a little girl?  I love Ecstasy Crafts decoupage products, as they just punch out and with some dimensionals you have a wonderful layered image.  I also love their peel offs, as sometimes I just don't feel like digging through my stamps and deciding on what ink to use.  You can also color these with copic makers, which I often do also.  All these products can be found at Cutters Creek!

My Hubby

Here is a page I did of my husband.  The phrase on the photo says, "I am a Forester.  Your Superhero is a mere toy!  Try to stop me now!"  So now I know what my hubby does at work, plays with action figures..............hummm.  It was a fun page to do.  The patterned paper is Basic Grey.  The embellishments are from Three Birds and K & Company.

A Blast From The Past.............

I am now a Design Team Member over at Scrappy Frogs Challenge Blog and here is my first project!  This time it was anything goes and I just happened to be working on this layout so decided to add this to the May 1st challenge.  This is me when I was a little girl and my dog Kip.  (Check out those old cars behind us!)  I used Perfect Layers (my most favorite tool!) to mat my photo.  I used glittered foam Thickers for my title and the patterned paper is Anna Griffin.  The journaling block is from My Minds Eye and I colored in the flowers with my copics and spicas.  And the butterflies and bee are from K & Company.  All in all, a pretty simple layout that only took me about 15 minutes to do once I decided on the color scheme.
