ScrapMuch? Sketch-y Friday Time! May 8, 2015

Happy Friday everyone!  It is Sketch-y Friday over at ScrapMuch? and I hope you will play along with us this week.  You can play along using a new sketch that will be posted every Friday and enter your layout over at the ScrapMuch? blog for a chance to win a prize.  A winner will be selected at the end of the month!  All the rules and how to link up your layout(s) are posted on the the ScrapMuch? blog.  I am one of the newest Design Team members and I am really having a lot of fun using the sketches to create new interest in my scrapbooks.  Here is this weeks sketch from Laura:

 

Isn't is cute?!?  I just loved this sketch and this is what I came up with:

This is a layout of my youngest grand daughter while she was still in the hospital.  The solid papers are Bazzill, the patterned papers are Recollections, and the bracket paper is Me And My Big Ideas.  The title is American Crafts Thickers, the ribbon is American Crafts, the journaling card is My Mind's Eye, and the brads and flowers are from my stash.  I inked the ribbon tails on either end to make them pop a bit since I had so much pink going on.  I hope you will create a layout and come play with us over at the ScrapMuch? blog!  And don't forget to link up your creation for a chance to win.  Thanks for looking!  Please leave me a comment and let me know what you are scrapping.
