Here is my project for our red and green challenge:
I decided to use my Imagine to make my project as this is my newest toy and I can't stop playing with it! I used the Snow Angel Imagine cartridge for this card. Some of the details on this card won't convey in the photo, however I will tell you about all the little things I did to make this card come together. I printed the deer and Christmas tree in layers and assembled all the pieces together. I also printed one of the ornaments from the cartridge as well. I then printed a piece of one of the decorative papers from the cartridge. Everything was printed on Bazzill Simply Smooth 12x12 in white. For the card base I cut a piece of the printed paper from the Imagine and and piece of vellum cut to size and layered that on top of the card front. I then took a piece of 1/2" Scor Tape and laided that over where the two papers met. Once that was in place, I removed the covering on the Scor Tape and sprinkled glitter onto it and burnished it with my fingertip. (I often use this technique when I don't feel like messing around with ribbon.) I then attached all my card elements to the front of my card. For my final touches I used icicle stickles on the tree, I used my copic spica markers on the ornaments on the tree and the eye of the deer and the deer's ear, and I used my Gelly Roll Stardust glitter pen to highlight some of the details on the ornament/sentiment. I also used my WRMK chomper to round the corners. This is a great tool and everyone should have one! I hope you enjoyed my quick and easy card. And please don't forget to leave a comment and tell me your favorite Holiday movie for a chance to win the Xyron 150 in Zebra print!

My favorite holiday movie is "It's A Wonderful Life". I could watch it anytime, whether it's Christmas or not....
Wonderful Job

Favorite Christmas Movie - well, it's not 'Christmas' without seeing It's A Wonderful Life & White Christmas or Holiday Inn...either of those is perfect. Haven't seen any of them - yet...but, soon!
My favorite holiday movie... I love all the classics, but honestly I just love "Christmas Vacation" so much. It just makes me laugh and reminds me that even when things go wrong during the holidays (and thankfully never as wrong as it goes in the movie) that it's really all about family and being together.
