Apparently the TSV (Today's Special Value) on QVC is a digital scrapbooking kit from Creating Keepsakes and Shutterfly starting at 12 am December 31, 2008! There will also be a show at 3 am and again at 3 pm and each show will be an hour long. Lisa Bearnson will probably be presenting this for us.
